Keely Herrick, Managing Partner focuses her practice on intellectual property law, including domestic and global trademark prosecution, clearance, opposition and cancellation actions, enforcement, and licensing as well as domain name disputes and copyright matters. Prior to her current position, she worked in the intellectual property department of Katten Muchin Rosenman in New York City and Parks Wood LLC in Atlanta. While at Katten, she received the firm’s annual pro bono award in 2008 for her work in connection with obtaining music licenses for the ballet company Dances Patrelle.

A graduate of Peachtree High School in Dunwoody, Kevin Herrick earned a BA in History, an MEd in Secondary Education, and an MA in History from The George Washington University, and a JD from the University of Georgia. Kevin Herrick is not currently accepting new clients or new matters.
William D. Herrick, of Counsel
Keely and Kevin come by their lawyerly instincts naturally, as their father, Bill Herrick, is an experienced patent attorney. With over 45 years of experience, Bill is available to provide counseling on patent prosecution, litigation, and licensing matters. The majority of his career was spent as in-house counsel at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and he also was in-house counsel at Neenah Paper.
